SALES POLICIES
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Due to the intended usage of the parts all products are sold without any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose (other than certain Street engines).
RETURN POLICY: Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval, and is subject to a 15% handling and/or restocking charge. All goods must be returned freight prepaid and insured. Any claims for damages or shortages must be reported to us within 72 hours. There are no returns allowed on special order or machined parts. No parts can be returned for exchange or credit after 60 days.
DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY: If you believe you have received defective parts that carry a warranty, you must contact us first before returning them to get authorization and an RGA number. Some parts must be sent to the original manufacturer as per their policy while other parts must be shipped here. You will be told where to ship said merchandise when you call for an RGA number. All parts must be shipped freight pre-paid with the RGA number prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging and you should fully insure them to protect yourself in case of loss. After receiving said parts we will inspect them and determine if parts are truly defective and will contact you with our findings. If we find them to be defective we will either repair or replace them at our discretion and return them to you freight pre-paid and insured within the 48 states. If we find the parts not defective, installed incorrectly or misused we will not be able to warranty them. If you request these parts be returned to you they will be shipped freight collect.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment for all engine work is due in full upon completion. If not paid within 30 days after completion date the customer will be liable for interest charges of 1.5% per month of the balance due. After 90 days we will commence charging for storage at a rate of $15 per day. For any item left unpaid after 1 year from date of completion we will consider it as "abandoned property" and reserve the right to sell such property to recover all balances due including interest and storage fees. If sold, any amount received over the total balance including interest and storage charges plus any incidental sales expenses will be held for the customer as a "credit only" towards any future purchase.
